The Barn has provided emergency shelter to more than 20 people in the past. At present, we are working on starting a shelter to care for needy individuals. Later on, we hope to move on to start orphanages in other countries. The Barn is also a place of prayer and healing. Many have been healed in their spirit, soul and body and gotten back on their feet to achieve self-sufficiency.
We have sown seeds into individual lives: sponsor mission trips to poor nations/conference, training in living skill e.g. financial management, bookkeeping, driving, cooking, etc.
We have worked at raising funds and partnering with others in reaching the poor for Christ. Since September 2007 we have started doing outreach work through food and tract distribution in Pasadena and LA and now in Temple City.
