To serve the Poor and Needy holistically:

A. As a ministry of helps (1 Cor. 12:28), the Barn
1. Will provide emergency shelter and training the Poor and Needy to achieve self-sufficiency.
2. Will provide affordable housing, create jobs, provide training, procure funding and to bring social and economic justice to the poor.
3. Will mentor, make disciple of broken people, do power and prophetic evangelism.
4. Will provide character training such as love, servant-hood, stewardship, teamwork, etc.
5. Will create a family environment to fatherless children and orphans
and spiritual training to beome the new wine.
6. Will care for seniors by providing community service and to educate the public about poverty and the needy.
7. Will raise fund, provide financial aid to poor students and support missions to poor nations.
8. Will use Media and Arts for the extension of the kingdom and advancement of worship.
9. Will network with others to reach the poor for Jesus Christ.
10. Will see what the Father is doing and to partner with Him (Jn.5:19).

B. As a Christian Organization, it has the Great Commission to fulfill (Matthew 28:18-20).

1. To do evangelism through various ways e.g. Power Evangelism, Prophetic Evangelism, Organized Events, Lifestyle Evangelism, Prayer Evangelism, Tract Distribution, etc.

2. To show God's love in action through community service, feeding program, etc.

3. To see what the Father is doing and to partner with Him.

C. As a ministry to train and equip workers to be sent into the mission fields (1 Timohy 2:2), the Barn

1. Will provide training through the School of Prophets to equip its students to become effective in hearing the voice of God and move in the supernatural.

2. Will provide training to its students through the School of Healing and Deliverance on how to bring God's love through healing to the Poor and Needy.
